Our flagship foundation program

This program is the entry point to an impactful leadership coaching program. It strengthens the ability to lead, adapt and continue to achieve even during times of change and stress. It encompasses a comprehensive 360 diagnostic profile, four intensive one-to-one coaching sessions and a peer group conference.

At the end, attendees will have built a leadership development plan that recognises strengths as well as opportunities for improvement, that outlines the individual’s goals and their aims as a leader both within the organisation and in their personal life. This plan will form the basis for where they focus their next training.

One-on-one Coaching

One-on-one coaching is available to support doctors as they progress through their career. Different challenges arise at each stage, and sometimes courses and modules aren’t personalised enough, or even intimate enough, to address the strengths, learned behaviours and needs of each person.

One-on-one coaching offers an extraordinary level of support and growth. We only use the most experienced coaches in Australia, who are able to connect with doctors, understand the pressure points and conflicts and the client’s response to them. Change Management for Practice Acquisition or Retirement

Internal Communications

Once training has been undertaken, the initial effort of implementing the new behaviours can be challenging. Part of the development that follows often includes a new way of communication and interacting. Embedding this change can be difficult.

Bespoke Training Modules
